1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns for items that meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original condition, with all tags attached
Miss Pepita reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
2. RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date of your last item.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided on our returns page.
Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
